I'm not exactly sure of everyone's age but I grew up with his Slim Shady LP, Marshall Mathers LP, and Eminem Show. His albums after Encore just don't seem to have the same punch they had before. There are a few good songs but I can't listen to the whole album as I did before. Berzerk and Rap God just sound like a bunch of jumbled noise rather than anything he did before.
