Everybody posting all these new postcards and I'm here still holding onto the dream that the card I got for The Frighteners years ago finally materialises....

Maybe they can aim for the 30th Anniversary! LoL

I like to think that Arrow realised that we have been waiting for Enemy Territory for so long that they sent it out early because of the long wait for a release.

Anyway I found a card for Oily Maniac

It does seem that they are starting to release films that made them popular in their early days. Films like Enemy Territory, MS 45, In The Mouth Of Madness, Wild Style....etc

If only they would a announce Gymkata (Including a standard Blu-ray)

I've deffo seen that posted somewhere. Might've been in the US sub-forum.

EDIT: Here you go.

I think Red Sonja would have to be another US release as SC have the Euro rights to it too. Not that it really matters, but who does have US distro of Red Sonja? Lionsgate are SC's outlet but I can't see them licensing stuff to boutiques, not when they're trying to get their own label within a label off the ground. Or have they been licensing for a while but it's horror shite which is why I'd never heard of it happening?

Edit: wiki sez that MGM/UA released it theatrically Stateside

I'm guessing Warners? They released it on DVD in the States.

Lionsgate did licence some titles to Kino (most of it not 'horror shite' lol), and I think Severin have managed to wrangle a few titles from them, usually by special arrangements. There's a rumour that Terror Vision have made inroads with them (which I guess could include some 'horror shite').

Over here, they only seem licence to Second Sight at present.

Yeah, it is a pre-1986 MGM, which means it is with Warner Brothers. (Like Cat's Eye, which I imagine Arrow also has licensed from WB for a US release.)

A Cat's Eye 4k from Arrow would be awesome. The Studio Canal 4k overseas was a disaster.

Just a question:

I checked the Arrow website during the last few days. I used different browsers. I can't change the country to Germany (the change country/currency window does not change the currency, location etc) and when I check out the FAQ about Delivery UK & Delivery International, there is no text on the those pages ...

Yes, they've removed the section on international deliveries (p&p, times...). I don't think that you were ever able to change the currency to euros? I may be mistaken there but my order confirmations were always in pounds even though I also order to Germany. If you log in, put an item in your shopping basket, you can still proceed to a German delivery address. So I hope that this is not the preparation of a Zavvi move.

check, thank you. I was surprised, that even UK delivery was missing. And yes, I used to pay via GBP back in the days, but considering that there was a list of countries for delivery, I was hoping for something "more international"

If you’re looking at something used, its very obvious on the disc it says ‘V2’. Anyway there’s a replacement program, its not like you’re stuck with it if its not the updated disc

Hey guys,

So, I was considering making an order during the sale and turned most of my points into £50 of vouchers. However, things changed and I ended up not placing an order, but I didn't realize that Arrow vouchers only seem to stay on your account for so long. Now it seems that the £50 is gone and the points have not come back, although there seems to be an indication of 6850 points pending, but I'm not sure because the site also says I have 0 points pending. This isn't usually an issue for me, as in the past I've always redeemed points and ordered immediately.

Does anyone know if the points will come back, or did I just lose £50 of credit by not spending it in time?

Thanks!

There’s a slight change to how our reward points system works. You still collect points on all applicable products but to spend points, you will need to convert your points into vouchers. Once you’ve collected 500, 1000 or 2000 points, you can convert them into a voucher which can be used on the checkout.

Please note once you have converted your points into a voucher, you have 30 days to spend them.

Your collected points will expire after one year so please make sure you redeem them in good  time  so you don’t miss out.
