There is a dvd box set of Extreme Ghostbusters available. According to the Ghostbusters News website, the series is currently on offer for digital purchase.

All the episodes are on the Time Life set, but for some reason a few of them are missing the music by Tahiti. It can't be a licensing issue, as they're on some episodes but not others. When their music is missing it's all replaced with instrumental of the Ghostbusters theme.
Some episodes really suffer for it, especially Knock Knock which has a whole sequence on a train that was specifically done to fit to the Tahiti music. Thankfully I have a UK dvd that has that episode, and also Venkman's Ghost Repellers, with the Tahiti music.

The newer toys from Mondo are rather nice, but so overpriced it's ridiculous.
The Ecto-Glow reissues from Kenner/Hasbro sold out pretty quick as well. There's still a lot of mileage in RGB it would seem.
