Again, I can’t be 100% sure of the mistake, but it seems like there could still be time to fix it if it indeed exists.

Honestly, I’ll buy this either way, because the film is so good.

Glad to be of help! At least the included BD based on that 4K master doesn't have the issue, and they're going to be issuing it separately in late September. I'll just pick that up in a sale later on.

I watched it last night and I also noticed the van sequence repeat.

Outside of that, this was the best time I've had at the movies this year. Def recommend seeing this on the big screen!

ATTN: Kino Lorber Insider if you are reading this thread.

If this title underperforms, it is because people didn't trust you will fix the repeated scene issue. You have a title on the market now, DeepStar Six 4K UHD that has a repeated scene on the 4K disc and you have not rectified this issue. The consequences of your failure to rectify that title, may be reflected in the sales of this title.

It does not have any genuinely dangerous and repulsive characters embodying everything that makes New York's bottom an awful place. The kidnapper, who is supposed to be the worst character, is a hurt, disillusioned loner whose crime is actually a badly mismanaged rebellious act. He is not a creature of New York's bottom. In the Bronx, the hoodlums who chase Boyd are also not the worst of their kind. The disgruntled cop (Dan Hedeya), who attempts to take out Boyd because he has ratted him out and the rest of his corrupt partners, is not a creature of New York's bottom either.

What "bottom" is he even talking about?
