I think every NA home video release has been the unrated cut.

The Amazon listing is saying 109m and the slipback is saying R but it's very difficult to see if it's listing 109 or 111.
The slipback image is very low quality, could be a temp. Red (and blue) become difficult to read when they go through image compression. TBC

Cliff from Lionsgate confirmed it's the R rated version, not the unrated.

That's not good, why put the inferior censored cut on 4K? It feels like a regression.

He said they couldn't find the elements needed to do a full 4K re-construction and restoration.
