Is anyone else having an issue redeeming this digital code? The code came with the movie didn’t work, it said there was an error, then I tried again to redeem it. But it said it had already been redeemed. I contacted Lionsgate Support and sent them all the pictures they requested and they sent me a new code. Same issue. They asked me to send photos proving that it was not in my library and I did. they sent me a new code and suggested I try to redeem it on a desktop which I did. Same issue. So I took a photo of my computer screen and sent it off to them. I can’t complain about the Customer service because they are definitely responding to me. I just don’t understand why this is happening.
