ProfQuatermass, where are the dates in this long list of titles?

Can you put the release dates in according to imdb?

For example

1958 Dracula

1967 Quatermass and the Pit

etc.

That hardly seems necessary. We all know the dates of the movies, and for those who don't, IMDB is their friend.

It would have been sensible to have included the dates. One would usually expect it in such a list. As it is, its an annoyance to have to try and think of the date or have to look it up.

If you fill the dates in and post it here then Prof Quatermass can copy and paste it to the first post.

I'm hoping that Hammer releases my two favourites in big editions

Vampire Circus and Twins of Evil.

I'm seriously tempted to get that Imprint Twins of Evil set...

See the attached, screenshotted from that Facebook posting in Bonddm's link. It looks like we might be getting either Dracula or Curse of Frankenstein; or both!

Yeah, yeah, just get on with it. People are getting tired of the mediocre crime movies at exorbitant prices, and now other labels are starting to put out the kinds of films that people are interested in. I was expecting Vampire Lovers before Twins of Evil.

Vampire Lovers and Twins of Evil are owned by different companies - MGM and ITV as I recall. And the second film of the trilogy, Lust for a Vampire, is owned by Studio Canal.

They would need to do deals with all the other companies.

They’ve announced the deal with Paramount which will be Vinegar Syndrome in the US.

They’ve also strongly hinted something in world with Studio Canal at least for Quatermass & the Pit.

Nothing said with the other studios.

Whatever it is, it needs to be something in COLOUR this time; as much as I love B&W, Hammer is famous for its lurid and eye-popping colour HORROR films, and it's high time we got another one...and only a heavy-hitter will do, like CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN or DRACULA.

Some of Hammer's most critically acclaimed films were b&w.

The Curse of Frankenstein is getting a cinema rerelease this October in a new 4K restoration. Hmmm… I wonder….

Yes I think The Damned, The Nanny & Taste Of Fear work very well in B&W.

Also Hell is a City, but it was making horror films in colour that put Hammer on the map.
