Yeah, it is in 4K on iPlayer but just HD on Freesat and physical media.

Just heard back from them. BBC instituting a replacement program to offer corrected discs. See their e-mail to me below:

We are in the middle of setting up a replacement program to address the aspect ratio issue, in the meanwhile please provide your shipping info (address and phone number) for the new discs to be sent when available. Please note that we are still waiting for corrected discs to be manufactured so thank you for your patience.
