I've been ordering from them occasionally due to the prices on some Eureka, Arrow and BFI stuff being reasonable compared to other e-tailers, but they're really bad at restocking and often skip formats. Been waiting for the regular Blu-ray of The Hidden Fortress, for example, as well as a few Eureka titles, and patiently waiting for a few Arrow titles to be restocked too. Frustrating when one thing isn't in stock but another thing is!

Anyway, if it all lines up, they're reliable and everything arrives safe and sound. A heads-up that people should double-check the barcode on items that have different formats, as I ordered The Usual Suspects thinking it was the Blu-ray version and received the 4K one (which I will now have to sell, and pick up the Blu-ray elsewhere). Not sure why the 4K was quite a bit cheaper than the Blu-ray, but there you go!
