It took 5 months but I finally read this. I think its legit. Definitely needs some refining/re-writing. Tons of different characters in it, but most of them feel like background characters and get only 1-2 lines in the story. The characters that I would say are the leads/get the most focus are: Peter Parker, Scott Lang, Sam Wilson, Kamala Khan and Wonder Man.
I'll keep it in spoilers tags since who knows how much it Marvel is keeping for Avengers: Doomsday (if any) and since some it might spoil future MCU movies/tv that haven't come out yet (like Wonder Man). If the mods want I can post this in a different thread.

After Ant-Man 3, Kang the Conqueror gets sucked out of the multiverse into the "The Beyond".
Then it moves to the Council of Kangs, led by Rama-Tut (the one in the Quantumania post credit scene who looked like a Pharoah), Centurion (the one with the metallic body suit) and Immortus (the one who looked like Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China). Immortus is the leader of all the Kang's.

Loki is holding together time and he see's Morbius and the TVA create a "Multiverse Avengers" to train and defeat the Kangs. They recruit 2 Spider-Mans (Tobey and Andrew), Wolverine, Deadpool, Ghost Rider, Fantastic Four w/Franklin. This is written as a montage. Nic Cage's Ghost Rider isn't mentioned here but when they appear later he's apart of the team. Loki shouts "We needed more time" as he realizes the Kang's are making their move.
Ant-Man is having nightmares about Kang. He tries to call Sam and Happy Hogan to warn them, but they ignore his calls. Nobody believes him about the Kang's.
Spider-Man and Miles Morales work together in NYC. Miles loves being Spider-Man while Peter is struggling after the events of No Way Home. He see's pictures of his Ned and MJ on social media. MJ is kissing her college boyfriend. Kamala Khan is having nightmares about Monica Rambeau, who in her dreams is trying to warn her. She goes to Carol Danvers who takes her to see Wong. They realized that the Nega Bands and the 10 Rings are a beacon attracting the Kangs. Whatever was planned for Doctor Strange 3 must have led right into The Kang Dynasty as Doctor Strange, Clea arrive to warn everyone about the Council of Kang’s. America Chavez is also there, still training.
Hulk, She-Hulk, Scaar, Shang-Chi are experimenting with the Ten Rings when Wong arrives and tells them to stop.
The New Avengers are Sam Wilson, Riri Williams, New Falcon, Rhodey, and Shuri. They are stationed in Wakanda. Sam says that he’s been trying to reunite the rest of the Avengers but says that half of the team is off world and the rest don’t want to be found
Clint Barton's living on the farm and goes to a store in town and Wonder Man is being taken to a play by Trevor Slattery to cheer him up. Wonder Man is depressed from the death of his fiancé (from the upcoming series?). As Clint is walking around town and as Wonder Man leaves the play, Immortus, Rama-Tut and Centurion appear in the sky to tell the Earth that it will be destroyed.
Immediately, multi-versal portals appear in the sky and war ships come through and begin to destroy major cities and landmarks (Empire State Building, Eiffel Tower). Think Independence Day. Moon Knight in London and Daredevil in NYC watch people panic. Peter Quill and his grandfather are in a church when it gets blown up from one of the blasts. Quill survives. Hank Pym, Janet and Hope Van Dyne and Cassie Lang are all killed during the attack on San Francisco. Pepper Potts, Morgan Stark and Happy Hogan are at the Stark Cabin are also killed in the destruction.
Nick Fury is in the Shield ship trying to establish communication with the governments of the world.
Immortus parks his base/warship above the Earth while Rama-Tut and Centurion build a fortress in Washington DC where the conduit is.

Team One, Target: Immortus. Destroy his base and keep the Nega-Bands safe.
Team Two, Target: Rama-Tut. Destroy his Fortress and the Conduit. (The conduit is a machine they are going to use to merge the Ten Rings and Nega Bands, I think)
Team Three, Target: Centurion. Also, Keep the 10 Rings Safe.

The surviving world leaders/politicians, who have arrived in Wakanda, blame the Avengers for what's happened. They don’t trust them and want to use Ross’ Adamantium Sentinels to protect the Earth. They tell Fury to activate the Sentinels, he declines and says he’ll only do it as a last resort. The Adamantium Sentinels could have been introduced in the original version of Cap 4 since Sam Wilson is already aware of their existence in the script.
After Avengers leave for their missions, the politicians activate the Sentinels without Fury and send them to attack Immortus base.
The missions start, it cuts back and forth between each mission but I'll just list them all together. Lots of characters get killed, but there are several characters that don't have death scenes written down but they don't appear again in the story. There are parts written as "The Avengers bravely defeat waves of Kang's, but they Kang's fight back and Avengers begin to fall". Anyone who doesn't have a death scene I'm assuming died during those parts.
Team 1: Immortus blows up the Avengers space ship as it approaches, takes over the Sentinels and has them destroy Wakanda. He tries to take the bands from Kamala, but Wonder Man blasts Immortus across space. The heroes battle Immortus' guard. Rocket presses a button on his belt and Bucky’s arm snaps onto his shoulder, and he starts beating up guards (Bucky is not in the script at all for some reason). Immortus returns, wounds Falcon and tries to kill Sam. Star Lord jumps in the way and is killed. Immortus singlehandedly kills Groot, Rocket, Captain Marvel, She-Hulk and Skaar. He gets one of the Nega Bands on. Wonder Man gets Kamala to give him the other band to fight Immortus and sends the remaining survivors (Sam, Shuri, Hulk and Kamala) through a portal back to Earth. Immortus beats/kills Wonder Man and gets the other band.
Team Two: Moon Knight fights Rama-Tut but is defeated and he turns into Jake Lockley. Ironheart and War Machine are killed while trying to get to the conduit, the script says Rhodey’s armor is ripped off his body by hordes of Kangs. Spider-Man tries to get to the conduit, but Rama-Tut attacks him. Rama-Tut prepares to kill him and Miles tries to protect him. Rama-Tut kills Miles by impaling him with his scepter. Scott becomes Giant Man and starts stepping on/crushing all the Kangs but Rama-Tut drops him with a laser blast. Clint is mortally wounded and dies in Kate’s arms. Kate asks Jake Lockley for help, and he turns back into Spector/Moon Knight, goes on a rampage, and is joined in battle by Khonshu. Rama-Tut kills Khonshu, then fights Moon Knight again. Moon Knight manages to partially destroy the conduit before Rama-Tut kills him.
Team Three: America Chavez creates portal after portal so Strange’s team can go through different realities while Centurion and his army chase them (to get the Ten Rings). They wind up in the Chaos dimension where Centurion tries to take the Book of Vishanti, but is stopped. Centurion transports everyone to the quantum realm. Centurion kills Love, then gets defeated in battle by Shang-Chi. A dying Clea opens a portal for the survivors (Thor, Strange, Wong, Shang-Chi and America Chavez) to go back to Earth. Before they go, Centurion steals Strange’s sling ring and goes through a portal of his own. Strange’s stays behind to go after Centurion.
Strange chases Centurion through different realities. He gets his sling ring back, but Centurion teleports back to Rama-Tut’s base. A portal opens and the FF appear and Strange goes with them back to TVA headquarters where he meets Wolverine, Deadpool, Tobey, Andrew and Ghost Rider. All “anchor beings”. Reed is building a “Life Ark” and tells Strange they need his worlds' Spider-Man and Kamala Khan.
Immortus and Centurion join Rama-Tut on Earth. Immortus has Centurion’s generals executed for failing to get the Ten rings. Immortus manipulates Rama-Tut into killing Centurion. Immortus is named “Kang Prime”.

We go back to Kang the Conqueror in the beyond. Clones of him materialize and tell him he's a failure. He flashes back to being married to a woman named Ravonna. He became the Conqueror so he could destroy the universes of his variants in The Kang Dynasty. Destroying them all before they could destroy his universe. He gets captured by the Dynasty. Before he gets sent into exile, Kang is able to take control of his time chair and escape; he goes back to his universe to find everything destroyed and Ravonna (pregnant with twins) murdered. The Dynasty find him and exile him to the Quantum realm.
Kang remembers that his wife told him that if the universe died, they could rebuild it together. I still don’t understand this, but somehow he absorbs all of his clones and becomes Beyonder Kang (because he came from “The Beyond”, get it?) and escapes from the Beyond Zone.
The surviving Avengers are hiding out in a Stark bunker, mourning their dead. The script specifically mentions Sam, Spider-Man, Hulk, Ant-Man, Shang-Chi, Thor and Ms. Marvel. (No mention of Shuri, American Chavez, Wong even though they escaped as well. Maybe the studio wasn't sure what they wanted to do with those characters yet?)
The Kang Dynasty finds them and Kang Prime/Immortus and Rama-Tut confront them with their army. It becomes a homage to 300 (the script even refers to Immortus as Xerxes as this point). Immortus offers Sam to become his Messenger of Death, to wear the 10 rings and execute his enemies across the multiverse. Sam shouts “Avengers Assemble” and they charge them. They all get mowed down, with Hulk, Thor and Sam dying, but Sam throws his shield and manages to cut Immortus face. Shocking Immortus (who claimed to be a God), Rama-Tut and the rest of the Kang army.
Shang-Chi fights Immortus. He tries to use the power of the Ten Rings, but Immortus uses the Nega Bands to easily defeat/kill him. Immortus tries to take the rings, but they shoot up into the sky and Beyonder Kang comes down from the sky, wearing the rings and, has his clones as his army.
Both armies battle and reality begins to fall apart. In Yggdrasil, Loki tries to hold the timelines together.
During the battle, the TVA ark arrives. Strange, the anchor beings and the FF come onto the battlefield. Wolverine and Deadpool attack any Kang that gets in their way, Tobey and Andrew grab Spider-Man/Tom Holland and Ms. Marvel and leave. It’s not mentioned what happens to Ant-Man as this point. It doesn't mention that the "Multiverse Avengers" they take him with them, yet he’s still alive like 2 pages earlier when Beyonder Kang arrives (Scott says “That’s him. That’s Kang”) on the battlefield.
Beyonder Kang kills Rama-Tut and fights Immortus. They fight through different realities and crash into Yggdrasil. Loki tries to stop them but gets killed by Immortus. Beyonder Kang actually tries to save him, but then just throws his dying body aside. Beyonder Kang kills Immortus and destroys the multiverse in the process. The heroes in the Ark watch entire realities die before Beyonder reforms reality into what he wants, taking remaining pieces of dying worlds and turns it into Battleworld.
The heroes on the Ark survive, on Battleworld, but they are "trapped by chains of energy" the script says. Beyonder wanders through a field and finds Ravonna alive, and they kiss as the script ends.
