Yep, hard to imagine Arrow were offered this, let alone 'passed' on it to go for Lost in Space. Completely different studios.

Didn't Studio Canal have it at one point? I'm surprised they didn't hold onto it & do a proper 4K restoration.

If you check back in the thread I linked to the Studio Canal 2024 YouTube promo which detailed films they were restoring in 4K. That included Stargate, but over a year later no sign.

Given Final Cut wouldn’t have taken it on for less than a couple of years it implies SC have abandoned 4K plans or they’ve lost rights in the U.K.
