Wait for this steelbon to crash through your roof, slowly infect your media shelf, and turn your house into the epicenter for a nightmare fuel alien biosphere.

That's what keeps me from showing any interest in this, and it somehow draining the common sense from anyone who enters the biosphere.

I’ve been sent a message regarding this comment and forum (I hadn’t realised it was a community space as I’ve not used it before).

We’ve sent out several mail merges referencing the 28 copies that were missed in error. These have now been completed and are scheduled to ship within the next 14 days, subject to postal service timings/Current USA issues.

I’m assuming you are the person responsible for the email we received today, if so, we’ve already sent a follow up with a few proposed resolutions for you.

Now that we’re aware of this community, we’ll make an effort to join in as best we can, as we do on other forums, by sharing updates on the pending release of Annihilation. This will include videos, images, and general information.

With the Lone Survivor release, customers were really pleased with how updates were cascaded and how they felt involved at each step of the process. We intend to do the same again with Annihilation and future projects that will soon be announced.

I apologise that your experience hasn’t been the best so far, but we hope to resolve this and hopefully restore your trust with future projects.

Thanks for the post Dan, and welcome to the forum! As you'll come to learn, steelbook collectors can be a patient bunch, but we appreciate good communication. Regarding the above post from ERICJ8984, has he really been waiting a year for a response or the item itself? Could you please comment on that?

No problem, happy to be here.

I’m a collector as well, and unfortunately in my personal experience communication has dropped off the radar a bit of late, so I try to be as transparent and informative as possible. I post regular updates on my own socials for anyone interested in following along.

Regarding the above, we’ve gone back and forth over email quite a bit. There have been two lost parcels and one returned to me. This is a pretty rare situation in my experience, as many who know me would confirm, and it’s one I’m keen to resolve. That said, I’ve not yet had a reply.

I take back everything I've said about this website and the person that runs the site. Dan have reached out to me and we made amends. Everyone should definitely continue supporting Dan. He told me that he definitely shipped my order of Lone Survivor out. I took my anger out on him which is uncalled for. What happened in-between that time frame is out of his hands for whatever happened between customs and shipping is on them and not Dan.
