The Saw II disc in the UK set is the theatrical cut, the US has the unrated version.

EDIT; the 2021 edition of the UK set has the unrated cut, but it may not have any extras.

Just a heads up, the old Entertainment in Video discs for Saw and Saw II are rotting on me from this set.
