If that's your entire 'still sealed' pile, you're doing way better than a lot of us!

Is it just me or does anyone else feel reluctance to break the seal on valuable LEs when you have a perfectly serviceable blu as well? I don't actually sell anything (haven't got the time or interest) and I'd be that guy prepared to pay handsomely to own what I already own. But it feels wreckless to crack open that set just to watch say, Psycho II. There are quite a few sets I do open but some I am positively afraid to, in case I fall on hard times and need to recoup my investment

I solved the problem by not opening it!

As unopened ones of these are as rare as a candle in a convent, I've been thinking of selling it and picking up the Psycho: The Story Continues set and chartering a plane to Cuba.

Well, a bus to the Isle of Wight. (I live there and have get free bus travel, so the profit really isn't going to be much!)

Nah! The only other unopened one is Trick or Treat, and I'm waiting for Halloween to unleash it on my wife for the first time.

My Dawn of the Dead set was pre-ordered and turned up on Oct 31st that year (the day Sean Connery died...) and it's pristine, unopened state lasted about 5 minutes. That included four minutes and 30 seconds of photo-taking, along with 25 seconds wondering where the hell I'd left the sodding camera, btw.

Not me, I open everything right away to make sure none of the discs are defective. This set still holds its value opened or sealed.

Which discs? UHD or Blu-ray? Full frame or widescreen?
