Yeah I really liked hearing them talk about the licensing process for the different films, but once he mentions spine #4 is another sion sono from 2004 and says it's Noriko's Dinner Table I just lost my mind. What an announcement

They confirmed Urotsukidoji will be Region B. I don't think they've specifically said anything about the others (I haven't seen anyone ask them), but presumably Region B also.

Rubber's Lover and Strange Circus are both region free, and they've indicated that that will be the default when possible. I am asking specifically about Noriko's Dinner Table.

Noriko was only announced during that interview and they didn't talk about region locking, no.
