Based on Disney's track record so far, probably not for those of us here in the US.

The only option for those who want the standard edition would be to import it from overseas.

Here, Disney only seems to release steelbook versions of their 4K releases like this one, and that is pretty much it.

Same. No cancellation email from MU and no luck ordering at Target.

Still waiting for Amz.

Going to point out that the US release has the IMAX footage and the UK does not. You can see the backs of both steels to confirm that.

Disney generally reuses 4k masters for different regions. They even did Titanic for Paramount (it even has the Disney "ding" on startup).

So are you suggesting that the UK will have the IMAX as well?

And if my MU order does ship, then I can easily cancel the UK order as it doesn’t dispatch until 9/29.
For what it's worth, there shouldn't be tariffs on movies (and music) because they are considered "information materials". This is the explanation I've read:

"The advice we have received is that what are called ‘Informational Materials’ are exempt from the 10% tariff. The legal definition of "informational materials" explicitly lists “phonograph records” (which covers vinyl LPs and singles) and “compact discs” as examples of informational materials. The list is illustrative, not exhaustive - meaning similar media that communicate information (including music) are also covered. So blu-ray audios would be included, for example."

If that covers music I don't know why it wouldn't cover movies too. Here is the exact link to the definition, which includes "films":

It'll have the IMAX scenes. The backs of Disney covers in the UK have errors/missing information all the time (missing Dolby Vision, for example on newer releases, whilst the discs have it).

Seconded - the back of the Italian Steel has both Ratios printed on the HD Blu-Ray section, and just 2.35:1 on the 4K one

Diabolik one alone should be good enough as long as the studio doesn't screw diabolik

Just placed an order at Diabolik. Thankfully they only allow 1 per customer so hopefully it wont be sold out fast.
