It is always sold out on Amazon, so I went to a ton of other retailers and its sold out there too. Please tell me it is only sold out until more are printed so I didn't miss out on this. It isn't a Limited run is it? I hate those too especailly since there is no standard version release.

If it's seamlessly branched an uncut remux all in color should be pretty easy. Guess I'll have some work to do!

Well me being a wazzock slept on this and now it's sold out everywhere... that'll teach me! Not interested in the steelbook, so hopefully a standard edition won't be too far behind.

Since we're now two weeks away from the official street date of this release, does anyone have a suspicion that we might hear about a couple of copies being shipped out later week (from places like Gruv and Atomic)?

I pre-ordered this through Amazon having never seen it and after watching it on Youtube last night I'm rather tempted to cancel. It didn't impress me much and felt like a corny TV movie. But this upcoming release being "uncut" with a supposed alternate opening has me keeping my foot in the pond...

I have a backup pre-order. I could ship it to you if you'd like, might be kind of expensive though.

All I can suggest is to keep a check on the usual avenues. It could pop up here and there, as cancellations does happen and will be re-listed.

Sony still haven't released a standard version of Lawrence of Arabia on 4K, and I think they may do the same here. Or hopefully I am wrong and they do release a standard edition, or make more Steel books.

I wouldn't hold my breath for a standard edition. It's been 3 years and Sony Still hasn't released one for Fright Night.

SONY steelbooks tend to sell out quickly but this one was bound to be even harder to find the longer you held out. They may press more but you'll have to wait a bit. Never wait on these.

Can't wait for my copy to check out the uncensored cut. I'm not expecting anything game changing but it's still very exciting.
