Seems like europe gets better deals than us, I think that we need some more better deals like that.

Better deals? Prices are way higher in Europe and we get a ton more releases! I feel lucky to live in the States where discs are so cheap and so much new content is coming out each week.

a BD + DVD/Blu-case version of The Wizard of Oz (SRP $34.99, with no swag)
If this is truly the case, I'll just go with the UCE. Call me irrational, but the notion of paying MSRP for just the basics doesn't sit well with me (I guess that's the price of exclusivity).

Yes it's definitely an option to be debated. With tax the stand-alone target version is only around $12 cheaper than the amazon edition with all the extra items not to mention the bonus 8x10 posters exclusive to amazon..

Oz and Goonies especially will be Day one buys from me. I guess my Target card won't go to Willy Wonka as originally planned.

Target uses Amazon for there shipping like TRU so that means just like Twilight they will not offer Target exclusives through their website. That is why there is no mention of the titles. Amazon has it's own exclusives that cause a conflict of interest and affect there sales.

Goonies, great film! Will do the ol' double on that one, I remember the 2 part Cyndi Lauper video that originally aired on MTV back in the day, when they actually played music videos! Those WERE the days!

I purchased Twilight from Target.com. This was during the Target exclusive window. I preordered and it was shipped on release day.

Is this a new policy?
