That and we want to get it on BD before they go HD-DVD exclusive.

If the rep seems that clueless, then I can't hold a degree of hope in what they say about not being slaves to HD-DVD. Maybe Paramount is silently talking to buy out of that contract? They MUST have been paid off. Paramount is not about to give up that hefty portion of Transformers BD revenue without some form of compensation.
