12 Monkeys could be one of the best sci fi movies ever thanks to a very inspired Terry Gilliam and very nice acting from M Stowe, B Willis and B Pitt. But putting it as one of the worst BW movies is ... sort of surprising (but again, to each their own. Imdb: 8.1/10, RT: 85%).

Imo, worst BW movie ever (that I've seen): Striking Distance (Imdb:5.4/10, RT: 16%), although I have a certain fondness for it. Equally kinda bad are Hudson Jawk and Color of Night, but I would still like them in their own terrible ways (Whole Ten Yards isn't too good either btw).

Now for the best, it is a tough call...

Between Die Hard, Tears of the Sun, 12 monkeys, Unbreakable, Pulp Fiction, Sin City ... I'd still have to go for Die Hard. A true classic which redefined its own genra Imo.

U are exactly right to each is own, but it seems u are basing your opinions of RT & imdb?? I form my own opinion of movies even if a movie has a 10% on RT and I like it then I like it!! Thats all Im sayin!! U dont need to give numbers when forming your opinion of a movie is all! Got Em!!
