I just preordered these from Amazon, and it's showing a delivery date of December 24-31st . . . seems a little lengthy for a December 11 release. Anybody else get this, or is it because the preorder was placed this far in advance?

Sounds like you used the free Super Saver shipping. They always add 2 weeks

They always do that with free shipping...the actual delivery date depends on where you live and where they're shipping from. I always use free shipping and usually get mine within a few days of the release date.
