Question about BB.com and using manufacturer coupons

Went to BB today in Burbank and they wouldn't take the manufacturer coupon.

The girl stated that ALL online purchases CANNOT be price-adjusted because the transaction is online. So, all gift cards, rewards & coupons must applied during your online checkout.

So I stated, "OK, I didn't know that and I don't want the blu anymore."

I don't know the "official" policy, but I didn't have it on hand to try to win an argument.

However, I did get the last laugh...she never asked me for the SB back, even though she handed over two separate receipts and took a long time trying to figure it all out while re-crediting my cc.

Returning home, I placed my order at Amazon; their loss is my gain!

I had the same issue, got a refund for 3 steels, went to target next door and admatched WM and used the coupons
