That would be the input resolution your tv is displaying. Everything that you put into your tv will be scaled to your tvs native 768p resolution. Most 768p tvs wont even accept 1080p signals but apparently yours does. The only way to get true 1080p resolution is if your display is 1920x1080 native resolution.
