It would be great if we can even see what the slip cover looks like for the damn imax exclusive edition. The walmart.com website shows the regular and imax bluray covers as being identical which i'm sure is incorrect.....

If at the very least i can see what the imax cover looks like i can email it to my buddy so he definitely gets the correct version for me.

i hope its all new packaging, and the slipcover is clear just like the first transformers Blu Ray

I just noticed the thread on here. After I made a post on the other thread.
I will be happy to do an even trade for the IMAX version if anyone has extra steelbooks coming up. Or if you just want to buy the movie. I'm not looking to make anything extra, I've not shipped anything to Canada before, but I bought a movie from AccordTR and that seems to have gone OK so far.
It isnt any trouble to pick them up for you, but I would need to know if you do want them so I can make sure I get enough.
Oh, and I am super picky about the movies, so you dont need to worry about the art being messed up, or corners crinkled or such. I will also make sure I package it with the same care I'd want from others.

I didn't think we were getting a copy of this in Canada. I've mentioned it to the manager at my local WalMart Elec. Dept., and I got the "deer in the headlights" look from him. No idea what I was talking about.

I think its safe to assume that no Walmarts in Canada are getting the IMAX release. Please don't go there expecting it tomorrow. Paramount Home Video of Canada could not aquire it. It is possible that Walmart imported product from the US though. They have done it before, so its still a possibility.

There are a ton of American Steelbook collectors who would love for you to trade them a copy of the Steelbook for the Walmart IMAX version. I would post in the trade forum if you want to make sure you get a copy of the IMAX special release.
