Proof that HD-DVD supporters are really just juvenile spotty teenagers, with no life. Good news for HD-DVD, Huh, i think i would be if i was a HD DVD supporter right now.

Thanks I thought it was hilarious also, but again you never know who you will offend anymore, and thats what sucks about this day and age, but hell I love Blu Ray and I'm on this site constantly when i'm at work like the rest of us so again I didnt mean to piss anyone off just trying to have some fun while tolerating the work day.

FWIW.

Looking at visitors, posts, number of pages on this thread. blu-ray.com came out fairly well here. As for why the mods didn't do anything, I suspect they saw the number of pages and thought that this prank was a great PR vehicle for the site.

If this prank was indeed pulled from an IP address of one of the public libraries in Toronto, OP could publish the IP address and I can ask a friend if there's a way to trace any users of those terminals. Typically you need a library card to use them, and we might be able to find out the library card used for the terminal access.

But downtown Toronto has free wifi, so I'm surprised someone had to get to a library to do this --- should be easier to trace this from the library.

Now if every member who responded to this thread did the same today, that would be impressive. Kind of like a mini, impromptu buy-a-thon. I think I'll do the same.
