They have only 38 days left in their tour of Iraq, but with each new mission comes another deadly encounter, and as James blurs the line between bravery and bravado, it seems only a matter of time before disaster will strike.

Good to see this is getting released soon. I missed it in theaters. Definitely will check this out when it's released.

I did see it in theaters. Its another film portrayal of life in the military, like Jarhead, Full Metal Jacket, only more realistic and down to earth. The story revolves around a EOD team deployed to Iraq. The tension built around the bomb disarming scenes is well paced.

I thought so, if you liked Generation kill or other war films, its definitely worth it

So far, The Hurt Locker is the best-reviewed film of the year and one of the best-reviewed films of the decade.

I am looking forward to this getting released. I didn't get a chance to see it in theaters but I really wanted to.

Well Iam a service member, but I was speaking in terms of the two films that I listed Jarhead and Full Metal Jacket.

Jeremy Renner's performance in this movie was outstanding. I really liked the way the film played out including the ending.

most servicemen dont like films that glorify what they dont take lightly, thats why. Many dont like any type film like this

Still, whoever created it could have put 1080P. Technically speaking. I have yet to see Fox release anything in 720P.

Haven't seen this, but plan on blind buying based on all the buzz, will probably wait until the price drops a little bit though.

That cover is totally misleading. Go check dvdactive.com, they have cover art for this title shown there. The Hurt Locker is distributed by Summit Entertainment, not Fox (as the picture design in OP suggested) .

ill track down the internet and correct them of their mistake

Blu-ray has yet to see a 720 release that i know of...1080i or 1080p
