Hmm.... funny thing happened. Last week when the pre-order came up for Ratatouille, while i was checking out i came onto an error page close to the end of the transaction. So i just press BACK and tried to complete the transaction again. It went through.

What happened is that FS process both orders and it was sent to the same address. SO i got 4 copies sent to me. (each order containing FRENCH + ENGLISH copy)

So, im wondering if you can put in multiple orders and it would get processed or was I just lucky?

This is seeming to be pretty standard for these. I have received that same thing on 3 out of the 4 releases, but eventually mine did ship. Sleeping Beauty shipped almost a week after release

Where are you getting your items shipped from?

I get them either the day before or day of. Never have i had them out of stock.

It seems for me, the items comes from the distribution centre in the toronto area. Perhaps the main distribution centre is in toronto and takes a bit of time to get to your local centre.

Not to cause histaria but: it appears my local store has more of these in!?!
I checked today and the little green checkmark was next to the store pick-up. I figured it was likely an error (NBC and Pinocchio are still in stock based on this as well...) but I figured there was no harm in trying so I put an order through. To my surprise I received my confirmation email 10 minutes later saying my order was available for pickup. I won't be able to get down til this evening so I guess there is still time for this to go wrong, but still, give the in store availability a look, you may get lucky!

As far as I know everything is shipped from the Toronto area so generally it takes about 5 days to get to me.

Each of my orders has had a Bilingual copy included in them and they always seem to be OOS on release day, but then shortly after, a day or two, they are in stock and the order ships. Sleeping Beauty was the worst though as it was almost a week between release and shipping.

Yeah... (I ordered G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra at the same time to save shipping but it was written as out of stock, but now it's showing as in stock so it might ship soon).

The bilingual is showing as instock or the GI Joe is showing as in stock. My Bilingual is still showing as out of stock.

Do you still have the option to cancel your order. If you do not it will be shipping soon
