Price match both Up and Monsters Inc at Target to Best Buy's ad....then using the $10 off Target coupon for buying both and the $8 off Monsters Inc coupon would get you down to around $25...he is saying if there is a $10 off Up coupon from Disney tomorrow, then it would be only $15 total....

As it stands right now, it should go like this:
$23.99 for Up + $18.99 for Monsters Inc = 42.98 - 10 - 8 = $24.98 (plus whatever your state's sales tax is, if you have one).....
If a $10 off Up coupon does appear, then you'd only be paying $14.98 there for the pair after using that one as well....Target lets you use one of their store coupons along with a manufacturer's coupon for each item you buy there (my wife does this all the time when buying diapers for our son)....
