streaming Netflix via PS3 TV Shows - Blu-ray Forum

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum but on netflix are the tv shows they keep saying that you can stream...are they new tv episodes? Like if you missed the latest episode of house can you stream it the next day?

Will let you know when I get my PS3 Streaming Disc from NetFlix! Should get it tomorrow or the next day

The straight foward answer is no.

It used to be that for selected CBS and Showtime shows you could view them on Netflix Instant one week after it aired but that practice has pretty much stopped.

no. The TV Shows offered are like Seinfeld season whatever, .... Sarah Connor Chronicles season whatever, the big bang theory season whatever...... etc.. Basically TV show seasons that have been released on Blu/dvd.

for instance if you miss the last episode of House, you will nt be able to see it the next day on Netflix. Only when they release it on DVD... and even then probably not for at least a few months after it has been on DVD. Hope this helps

On another note the streaming is awesome on the PS3 though. I have been using it since I got the disc last week and have loved it.

Some shows are available pretty quickly, many are not. "Heroes" is up very quickly after the airdate.

Yeah depends on the show but some shows are up rather quickly after they air on TV.
