I want to say thanks. After i posted it, I knew pictures would help. I am a firefighter and I am on duty so I wont b home until friday. I might be able to find the stand online and post. The pictures I saw did give some ideas. I am going to have to play around with for awhile I am sure. My thought was an open stand would give good air flow, which it does. Just doesn't hide wires very well

I use velcro straps like these which you can cut to length.

The nice part about it is that if you move your equipment often or need to adjust something they are easy to remove and are reusable.

I use to use zipties but hated having to cut them off or worse acidently cutting a wire or cable.

Best of luck with that project. I was in the same situation...I have a stand I bought 2 years ago which provided alot of air circulation but is just to open and leaves a perfect view for the wires. So I tried.. I am hard to satisfy when it comes to my HT so I guess I took the easy way out and just purchased a new stand that has a covered back. CASE CLOSED!
Im sure your situation wont have to come to this but if it does...blackfriday is right around the corner-GOOD DEALS BTW- I have the XL Gems too.

Hi Guys. I am Thomas.
What an Idea! This is very excellent idea for hiding your wire.
Thanks to show images for hiding wires.
Have a nice day.
