Do sub dampeners help out with the neighbors?

What location is your sub set up at? If it is in a corner, some corner bass traps is really what you should try. Even if it is not, some wall treatments is what you want to look into to. I am pretty sure they can simply "feel" and/or hear the bass from your sub....the vibrations they may sense too, but it is the sub's actual output that your neighbors can pick up on, so you need to set-up the walls/corners to absorb the sound from the sub.
