La verdad que se pasaron contigo y hasta podrias ir a PROFECO. No he visto que en nigun lado por escrito aparezca devolucione por un periodo de 15 dias.Inclusive yo he cambiado DVDs antes que finalice un mes y me los han cambiado. Mas que nada que es tu dinero, sea promoción o no, por tanto deberias insistir y tratar en el corporativo y reportar al los chicos de Blockbuster que muchas de las veces son jovencitos sin poder de decisión.
