BAD Best Buy HDTV purchase!!!

Not a great day today, I went to Best Buy this morning and got an Insignia 32" HDTV "open box" item. this was gonna be for my wreck room. I got a great price on it, but when I got home and opened the box, everything seemed perfect but when I tried put in on the stand, it would not hold, I saw why, the plastic pieces that are supposed to click in place were "stressed" an loose and the HDTV would not stay in place on the stand. THEY BETTER NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WHEN I TRY TO RETURN THE THING!!!

tvs dont have 15% restocking fees like laptops do so you'll be fine

Thanks, I will have to return it later this week. I bought the TV and the 49.99 Dirty Harry set and got the 18 months no intrest deal on my BB credit card , now I will loose that when I take the TV back! GRRR! Maybe Amazon will PM Dirty Harry and I can take back BOTH and pay NOTHING!

I payed with my BB credit card! I dont want a gift, if they try that I WILL ALL CORPERATE! Not my fault is was broke when I bought it!

no, im almost 100% sure you get cash back if thats how you paid for it and or they will credit if you paid with your card
