That's if you don't have the STB connected to the RG using Cat5 ethernet like I do. But that is okay as I have two Cat5 oulets at my main HDTV. One goes to the STB and the other goes to a router for networking my HDTV and BDP.

BTW, U-Verse is now broadcasting 5.1 discrete digital surround sound in stead of the 2.1 DD that they had before. They have also improved their PQ of late too. Less pixelization and better audio too. Things are looking up for U-Verse.
