'The Hangover' & 'Inglourious Basterds' are fantastic transfers!

Off the top of my head, there was alot more between Sid (Jeffrey Tambor) and Doug (Justin Bartha...i think thats his name) before the trip, and after the trip, Sid gives Doug a present....

When they arrive at the hotel suite, there's more, like the almond nuts on the pressure base things, more dialog on the roof, just little bits. In the end credits, on the photos, the blurred out BJ pic is alot clearer

'Inglourious Basterds' is indeed region free, its actually the exact US disc, with FBI warning and has the latin american spanish track and French for Canada.....

got the special edition casing with post cards... and its only 1 disc, no digital copy... i suspect a delux edition coming in a year or so.....

Is it hard to watch when they speak french and you want to watch with spanish subtitles (when there are yellow english subtitles in the background)?

Well that's what surprises me because I clearly remember and my ex-roommate confirmed it to me, We've seen the BJ (blowJob) thing as clear as it is in this unrated version at the ultrastar mission valley in San Diego when it came out...

That's the kind of thing you remember
