I know its not southern as she was in CA... but what was up with that AWFUL and ANNOYING accent from Streep as Julia Child??

any time anyone does a new orleans accent...they usually sound like they are from Georgia or South Carolina....and they are always sweating and drinking a mint julep...

ah, I've only watched the trailer so I can't disagree. I bet you are right though knowing Cage, lol

One day intend to watch it just to see how horrible the movie is.
