Strange, I've been quite pleased with PDVD 9 running it on XP, 2.4Ghz dual core 2MB RAM and a GTX260 (was using an 8600GTS, which was also plenty). Even the PQ is fantastic. I usually use my PC over my Pioneer 51 player.

As for the "twitching", have you tried different builds of PDVD?

What cable are you using to connect to the display?
