Is it just an S300 with firmware updates???? If so then you could save money and get the S300 and update it yourself.

It a bit more than just firmware.
It's closer to the S1 only it has HDMI 1.3 and the latest audio.
Maybe built a bit more solid similar to the ES series,
not that I plan on throwing it around hehe.

Built with rigid beam construction and a motorized sliding front panel.

Dang, almost wish I waited longer. But then, I wouldn't have about a dozen great movies on blu-ray, now would I?
