Nobody has tested it from what I have read on all the pages. Everybody from what I read is assuming it is the same disc from before

Well, there is definitely 2 Versions of the MM Steel out there now! Media Markt is indeed now releasing the Steel with the "Corrected" Disk inside.

As was expected when this mess began, both Versions of the Steelbook are completely identical!!!! People are scouring both Versions with a magnifying glass to try to find some sort of difference

1 Difference was indeed found (so slight and shaky it may be). The new Version is the german recycling emblem (Green Circle) on the back (The Foil). The erroneous Version doesn't have it.

Like I said, it's shaky at best....

I can't wait for someone to confirm the newest second batch are "cut".

JW will get the bad@$$ "Uncut" hair, teeth, and eyes... version, that's how he rolls!

That's exactly what was confirmed. The releases now being sold at MM are the Cut Versions (and "Cut" is printed on the Disk)....

Yours was purchased before MM got the new Shipment. The new Shipment from last week contains the corrected Disk. There are Pics available over at bluray-disc.de ín the JR Thread including one of the different foil wrapper (with the green circle). All that were purchased prior to this shipment are still the erroneous Disks. I'm only posting this as a "Heads Up" to everybody buying these now

That's indeed the recycling symbol I was talking about, but on the new JRs the symbol is watermarked directly on the Foil, not a sticker....

I'll ask the dude in the other Forum if I can post his pic here...

That Watermark on the foil wrapper is only on the new "corrected" Version. The erroneous Version doesn't have it.

Like I said, shaky at best, but it is the only known difference between the 2 Versions....

My 3 copies are uncut.

I only have 1 in hand but the 2 others are secured by SB collectors and should arrive safely.
A sticker is easily removable but a watermark is not.

Looks like mine is Uncut also. Just noticed a small tiny, tiny dent on the back though as I was looking for it
