I don't think Sony and Disney will ever feel it is a disservice to have their products bought. Honestly, I believe they would always rather have the sale as earliest at possible and to have it build and sustain over time then have a lot of people hold off buying just so they can buy and try to cause a spike in 1 week just to offset the release of a big HD-DVD title.

The numbers always count, regardless of the week that they were bought as they are trying to grow and build a market. I think who wins the week of transformers matters more to the people here then to Sony/Disney.
