Hey Todd, I know you're down for the count right now, but I wanted to leave this post for you to read in the morning.

In a nutshell, I love the speakers!!! I put all the pics and thoughts into this review from the eD sub thread click HERE.

Hope you have a good night my friend. Chat with you in the morning!

Oh, and before I forget, you were absolutely right about running without a center until the custom center arrives. The Sony didn't sound good with it at all, and they sound great without it. When I sit in the sweet spot, it sounds like it's coming from the center even though there's nothing there!

Good Morning,Fors,my Friend.
Excellent Work and Incredible Pics of the New Sub and GG Bust.

Love the Look of an SVS Sub to either side of you.
And I am thrilled you had a chance to run it thru its paces last night.Sounds like having two of those Wonderful Bass Machines took your System's Performance up a whole new level.

Well.tomorrow I will be sending you and Steve some Funds for the Polk PSW10 Subs(If you are still interested)And,Also compensate Brent for the Upgraded Sub Driver(I think will be delivered today).

Then I found the Perfect Futon Yesterday(So I will set back some money so I can pay for it fully on March 3rd).

And Buy the Materials for the Projector Platform I will Build(So I can remove that Big White Rack and free up a nice bit of space in my room). Also get the Material for at least One Sub Riser(But if I can swing it get the material for all three new Risers)

I have my eye on a small stand for my 2-Channel System thats low priced, and take my Blu-Ray Cabinet and Place it in my closet for now. That will give me the space for my 2-Channel System and a Place to Display the few collectibles,I have.

If I cant do everything I mentioned,I will either hold off on the small inexpensive stand for the 2-Channel System or the material for a sub riser or two.

And if I absolutely have to,I can hold off on 2 Risers and the 2-Channel Stand. Then I have something here I can use for a month or two to serve as either the 2-Channel Stand or the Blu-Ray Storage.

But The Projector Platform and Compensating Brent,Steve, and You are Priority Nmber One.

Sounds like a plan. I am still looking for a big enough and sturdy enough box for the sub. As you know it needs to be sort of big, but more importantly, sturdy. I think my father-in-law has some, but I haven't made it over there yet. I hope to real soon however.

Thanks for the comments....the room does have a better aesthetic "balance" to it. I wonder if any members believe in fung shway and practice it with their HT?

No problem,Buddy.Just take your time and find a Box that can handle the weight load.
And,that also has room for adaquite packing materials.

If it takes an extra week or so to get shipped out its no big deal.
Aero is having to try and find a box as well.

And with ALL the Members we have.I would say that chances are someone here does practice the Oriental Art of Fung Shway.

Good morning Todd!

It seems from reading back a few posts that you have a lot of things going on there. I guess that'll certainly keep you busy for a while!

Congratulations PR,my Friend.

I think you made an excellent choice on removing the Sony Center Seaker and let the eD Towers handle Center Channel Duties as well.

Now you can hear first hand how much more Detail and how much More Open, the New Speakers are.
They Look Amazing. The Finish is Incredible as they have a hand crafted look.

I am just glad you are Happy with them all the way around,Buddy,That was one Big Step Forward you Made Yesterday with the New eD Speakers.

Good Morning,John,my Friend.
I hope you are having a Wonderful Morning.

Yes Sir.It seems as if I have taken a hold of several projects right now.

Thankfully once I get the materials,I can move at my pace.
As,I have a good amount of Free Time to work on everything.

And with the Projector Stand out of the room I can set all Four Subs on a Riser on the Floor(Since the new Projector mount doesnt touch the floor)So,I can build the same riser for all of my Subs.

Which was relatively inexpensive and pretty quick.Letting the Gorilla Glue set-up overnight, before inserting the screws is the Only Time Consuming Section.

I have to Just make sure I pace myself and stop,no matter where I am as far as progress if I start feeling any discomfort so I wont be out of commision for a while.

(So probably Thursday I will go get the material needed that I can afford this month)

But it may be the weekend before I begin. As I have been out of action(somewhat)for the last 3 days.

But I hope all your TurnTable Upgrades are looking good and are possible for you thus far in 2010,my Friend.

Good Morning cB.
Thank You for the Update as I haven't looked yet this morning.

They should be OK for delivery since the Mail ran yesterday.I just feel for them on steep sloped driveways that are shaded so the ice hasn't melted.

Especially if they have Large or heavy packages.(Like some Subs and Speakers yesterday)They would have been dangerous,to put it mildly.

But I cant wait to compare the two drivers when I remove the stock driver.

And,Thanks for the PM Last Night. If you have decided you can PM me with your choice.
Or if you dont know what you want just tell me an amount if you want PayPal or an Amazon Gift Card.

The choice is Entirely Yours,my Friend.

Just take it easy my friend, especially if you're already not 100%. Even if you build one riser per week, you'll still be done by the end of the month.

I hadn't planned on replacing the tonearm first, as I really want to get rid of my AVR for my 2-CH setup. However, I'm commited to going about all of this right way and that means starting with maximizing the performance of my source, which is the TT. If I can get those upgrades completed this year (which I think is doable), then I'll be a happy camper.

Thanks for the Concern,Buddy.

I will make sure I am OK before I tackle anything right now.Gowing to Lowes Home Improvement,Thursday will give me a good idea of what shape I am in. But I Honestly cant wait to get started.

And I believe(IMO) that you are making the correct choice in completeing the upgrades to your turntable first and foremost.

There isn't anything wrong with the way the arm is working on the TT now,is there?(This is just an upgrade for better tracking and in turn better Sound Quality).

Hi Todd!

No there is nothing wrong with the existing Rega RB250 arm, but it's basically an entry-level unit although a very capable and highly recognized one. One of the best, if not the best, upgrades one can make to a TT is installing a higher quality arm. It should bring the sound to another level, which is what I'm trying to achieve with my plan.

John
I am keeping all of this information for future use when the addition of a TurnTable, may be possible around the middle of this Year.
With a Good,Starter Unit.

But Thank You for explaining that to me,John.
I wish you much success in finding a Higher quality unit that will provide you the Finest Performance possible for the Investment you make.

Its really nice to be able and chat with you about TurnTable Upgrades.

Because it was a Wonderful Day and Feeling when you were able to get this TT for a Good Price from a Great Individual.
So,it looks as if the ending of 2009, and beginning of 2010;Has been looking up for you and your Audio System,my Friend.

Those speakers look great Progers' & the one on the Left looks like it JUST fit under your counter top, right? Can't wait to see that massive 35" CENTER () speaker in place in a few weeks.

Hey Todd, I was able to put the PA-120 in place yesterday on the home-built riser (perfect fit, with a bit extra all-around it), & connect it. I didn't really calibrate it yet tho', and the 20x20 table I planned to go over it as the end table wasn't quite wide or long enough to go over/around it. So I may look around for one, or just build one with some round table legs & a top piece at least 16" Wide & 24" long, maybe more. I took some photos & will hopefully upload those later tonite, as I'm waiting on my "Mini-Marquee" LIT Bluray holder, which shows arrived yesterday to the local post office here. (our courier should be picking it up this morning). Then I'll take some photos of that & put ALL of the pics on a CD to add to my Gallery.

Good morning Todd!!! How are you this morning, my friend?

I'm dragging a little bit this morning. A little tired, a little sore. I fell asleep on the couch last night listening to CDs on the new speakers. They really do sound very open and laid back. Guess I should know better than to listen to Pink Floyd at 11:00. I'll be paying the price today.
