Amazon, great prices but terrible shipping time? - Blu-ray Forum

Yes, that has been my experience with low cost shipping from amazon as well. The order will not leave the warehouse until 4 or 5 days later(even if it's in stock) and then shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 days.

even with the low cost shipping i never had much of a problem, but theres a lot of shipping centers within a few states of my house, so usualy the transit time is pretty low. But as some one said, if you buy alot from amazon, prime i find is really worth it, fast shipping, i've actually gotten some stuff next days with just the 2 day prime. i grabbed it for the 3 months free, and i had it before, but i think i'm going to keep it going this time around

Amazon gave me a free $10 giftcard because the item arrived one day late.

my average wait time is 1 week--- I'm fine with that....
