You’re projector should really be in fixed one location position not moved around.

But the black bars will still have light level very subtle light level on the floor and ceiling.

Masking might be an option providing the price isn’t silly.

Also DIY hang them up lightweight timber with black material stabled to hold it on the wood and then some eye-hocks and just hook it up to mask off the thick black bars for 2.35:1 scope and different ones narrow black bars for W/S 1.85:1.
