Default Target

Yay! My local Target finally expanded the blu ray shelves. There are more BDs there now than two weeks ago and the HD DVD shelves were cut short, not many there anymore!

This happened in every Target stores?

I think so. This is what Target said it would be doing when they annoucenced that they were only going to carry Blu-Ray standalone players in July.

I work at the electronics section in Target. We just had our semi-annual reset. I was also excited when I walked in one morning and our blu's were doubled. Even though some are $30, theyre actually reasonably priced. Some are only $20 and $25 compared to BBs $30-$35 every time I go in. My store drifts between first second and third highest grossing store in FL, yet we dont carry the BD players and I havent read anything about them being in our store =(

Another Target work haha...yeah I think they delayed the BD player coming to stores unless they just opened, we have a 3X5 card for the BD player for 499.99 but no players

I noticed Halloween was marked down to 19.99 at my stores, and there were even a couple 24.99 titles. Getting there Target! Keep going!

My Target doubled their Blu-ray space sometime in the past couple of weeks, it's 2 to 1 in favor Blu-ray now... nice!

BlackHawkTraffic - Awesome avatar (from my favorite movie).

I was fairly impressed at the variety of Blu-rays that Target had, and none over $30 (excluding box sets). Obviously they have nothing on Best Buy, but it's a start. Glad to see I can use my discount more often.
