The U.S. is quite different from other countries-- there seems to be no limit on foul language and gore-- sex and nudity are the big no-no.

but for the record-- the F word used in a sexual way is an automatic R
the F-word used in a non-sexual way is okay once (PG-13) but if it's several times-- R again.

Nudity in a comical way can be PG-13
Nudity in a sexual way almost guaranteed to be an R
