That is not necessarily true. There have been a number of French steelbooks that are available at amazon.fr, or other retailers, that do come out as FNAC exclusives as well. The steelbooks are the same, but FNAC will offer extra goodies.

There's no differences between the cover art for the steelbooks sold by other retailers and FNAC. But of course, if you talk about goodies, FNAC is used to adding a booklet for instance.
