Xbox 360 Game Tier/Ranking Thread

Can we get one like the PS3 forum? I found that thread to be invaluable when deciding which games to get for the PS3.

Not sure how the PS3 tier goes but here are my must play games for the 360:

Mass Effect 1 & 2
Bioshock
Elder's Scroll: Oblivion GOTY Edition
Fallout 3 GOTY Edition
Dead Space

That's a solid list.

I would add Gears of War 1 & 2, and Half Life 2/Orange Box.

BTW, the PS3 thread ranks the games in tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze), like the trophy system.

Hmm, well we know we can't rank them like they do in the PS3 discussion, since 360 has achievements. However, these are my must haves for 360 owners:

The OP needs to make categories like the PS3 ones (platinum, gold, silver, bronze, crap) but related to 360 (maybe use points) and ask members to rank games they play honestly (i.e. even if they like the game recognise the faults it has and rank it in the correct category).

It's definitely worthwhile, in fact I will have to get onto updating the PS3 one now that you mention it!

Gold = 75G
Silver = 50G
Bronze = 25G
Crap = 0G
