I can't believe it Blu-ray has been out for 4 years now and this and so many other great movies are still missing. Why?

Personally I think it's a good sign, hopefully it means the movie companies are taking HD transfers seriously and want to provide quality releases.

I have never seen this movie. I negleted this movie forever. Every one has told me how good this movie was. Long story short I think this movie is ready for me to view it in 1080p

It looks like a slip is included with this and Moulin Rouge but looks can be deceiving.

Amazon's default photo now shows this without a slip!

Plus there are already two reviews for a movie unreleased. I don't understand why AMZ won't make a system like Apple's App Store. If you didn't purchase the item, it won't let you post a review.

How would they really regulate that though? Not everyone buys products on Amazon but they should still be allowed to review those products. I will most likely get this as I love this story and the 2 main actors.

When you purchase a product on AMZ and visit that product page later on, it will show a banner stating you purchased this on X day. This should be tied into their review system. It's entirely unfair that people can post a review for a product that is unreleased or has not purchased it from that company.

How is that unfair at all? Amazon sells the same version of a product and I'm sure people don't go there to read 100 reviews on how amazon sent the movie in a timely matter and well packaged. They go and read about the quality of a product. Someone might want to buy an item at Amazon and having 50 reviews is better than if say only ten Amazon buyers deicded to give their opinion.

The only place this gets out of hand is videogames where if a game has annoying or restrictive drm, plenty of people give one star just because of that despite not even owning the game. I'm not saying there isn't reviews from people who haven't bought it but real reviews usually outweigh them easily. Unreleased reviews can easily be avoided if Amazon disbaled reviews until release date.

I've seen this movie three times. The first time was on VHS in ninth grade English class. The second time was on DVD when I was a high school senior. The third time was on Blu-Ray in my late twenties. Maybe I decide to watch it a fourth time, I will be able to watch it on a 4K Ultra HD disc.

Pretty simple actually disable reviews until the item is released. Take a look at the 1 star reviews for the star wars trilogy on blu because of Lucas' decisions.

Also they should stop lumping the dvd, vhs, and blu versions of the reviews together.
