Summary:
Bruges, the most well-preserved medieval city in the whole of Belgium, is a welcoming destination for travelers from all over the world. But for hit men Ray and Ken, it could be their final destination; a difficult job has resulted in the pair being ordered right before Christmas by their London boss Harry to go and cool their heels in the storybook Flemish city for a couple of weeks. Very much out of place amidst the Gothic architecture, canals, and cobbled streets, the two hit men fill their days living the lives of tourists. Ray, still haunted by the bloodshed in London, hates the place, while Ken, even as he keeps a fatherly eye on Ray's often profanely funny exploits, finds his mind and soul being expanded by the beauty and serenity of the city. But the longer they stay waiting for Harry's call, the more surreal their experience becomes, as they find themselves in weird encounters with locals, tourists, violent medieval art, a dwarf American actor shooting a European art film, Dutch prostitutes, and a potential romance for Ray in the form of Chloé, who may have some dark secrets of her own. And when the call from Harry does finally come, Ken and Ray's vacation becomes a life-and-death struggle of darkly comic proportions and surprisingly emotional consequences.

OK...wow...With all due respect, there are so many things wrong in your post, I don't know where to begin...but here it is anyway:

1. When I submitted it, Paintball most definitely was not in the database. I know this because I checked, double-checked and triple-checked before submitting it. And yes, my region preferences are "set properly", they always are, and all the little boxes are checked. Perhaps one of your colleagues added the title before you could get to it.

2. I fail to see how the info I've submitted so far is not "grouped" properly...I have followed to the letter the guidelines provided by overlord "Josh" in the first post of this thread, by listing all demanded info that is available to me. I've also looked at the submissions by the "rest of the guys", and do not see a massive difference, other than the fact that "atexp80" adds a plot synopsis and has access to high quality images for the front and back covers of all his titles, something which every Joe Schmo doesn't necessarily have access to.

3. Regarding your claim that it takes you "a lot of time to resize or look for a proper, high-res cover", I really don't know what to think about that, especially considering that the covers you've added on the site are of a lesser quality and resolution than the ones I've submitted (proof I submitted this, and you put this), and I have no idea what you mean about linking to Fnac and Allocine, pages since I've never linked to Allocine, and what I link to at the bottom of each submission is an image of a front cover.

In short, I really don't understand your complaints, and also why you ignore some of the items I submit, such as the covers, the fact that some titles are Region Free and support D-Box...So please, if you find there is something wrong with the way I submit info and the covers I provide, please be more clear about what that actually is.

You know, you're requesting things to be submitted and the staff is trying to comply to the best of their abilities but it's not like we're servants or anything, creating the database entries takes a lot of manual time and things have to be checked, and the requests are tried to be given priority over other items when it can be done. Covers that are submitted have to be oftentimes resized, cropped, enhanced, and this has to be done manually, and if there's another cover ready that is put out then. Not everytime a new version is submitted we're going to redo them again if there are other entries to be done, and that one has a cover. Also there are certain versions (views) of covers preferable. Etc. In summary, the requests are done trying to get as much as we can and in the last weeks pro-bassoonist has been doing his great share of them in an effort to cover all of the member's requests. So if he gives some guidance of what things could be done to improve the efficiency of this process, while he should or could be busy dedicating his time and effort in other areas of the site, it would be nice if you were receptive and if not grateful at least appreciative your requests are being considered instead of b¡tching some more

Summary:
Bruges, the most well-preserved medieval city in the whole of Belgium, is a welcoming destination for travelers from all over the world. But for hit men Ray and Ken, it could be their final destination; a difficult job has resulted in the pair being ordered right before Christmas by their London boss Harry to go and cool their heels in the storybook Flemish city for a couple of weeks. But the longer they stay waiting for Harry's call, the more surreal their experience becomes, as they find themselves in weird encounters with locals, tourists, violent medieval art, a dwarf American actor shooting a European art film, Dutch prostitutes, and a potential romance for Ray in the form of Chloé, who may have some dark secrets of her own.
