the only thing is that they are black, but the way i look at it is iam getting them for the sound not the finish would i prefer a wood finish? yes. but i dont think i will be disappointed with them.

thanks, im sure i will. have not heard one bad thing about dali speakers and not one bad thing from anyone that owns them. so i think i may be safe

Well my ikon 7's should be here on monday. they are being shipped from colorado i guess. last pair factory sealed

uuuuummmmmm, nope not yet

coming in on monday the 8th. the big storm we had here in NH really wrecked us. we had 270,000 ppl without power. i lost my power last thursday and got it back late last night. i think thats why he delayed shipping them out. i will let you know for sure believe me, i will be reviewing them here for sure. thanks

well got confirmation that my Ikon 7's will be here on monday. should be between 1-4pm. cant wait to get these hooked up and give a listen. got my amp/preamp, speaker cables all ready to go. now i am researching a quality CD player to go along with my 2 channel setup. any recommendations? i was looking at cambridge audio, marantz and a few others. dont want to spend more than $500 and i know they can get real expensive.

some people even recommended tube CD players??
